Who is ANDREWKNIVES?

Andrew Knives is the independent creative practice of Kevin Andrews, an Austin-based Senior Motion Designer and Art Director creating distinctive visual work across fashion, beauty, music, entertainment, and culture.

With more than a decade of experience, Kevin leads projects from initial concept through final execution, bringing together art direction, design, illustration, 2D and 3D animation, editing, and emerging AI workflows. His practice is built around creating strong visual ideas and developing them into cohesive worlds that move across campaigns, social platforms, live environments, large-scale screens, and brand experiences.

His work balances design, storytelling, and experimentation, with an emphasis on creating imagery that feels considered, memorable, and specific to the client rather than driven by a single house style.
